The risk of repossession is chilling for most people. They need all the help they can get. And the scale of the problem is now huge.
So, if you’re a charity that works in this area, we’d like to hear from you. There are at least three ways in which we can work together to help more of our clients. With our advertising budget, for example, we’re able to reach people who are getting into difficulties, often before charities get to hear from them. We’d like to help change that – so we’d be delighted to carry your charity’s contact details and logo in our ads.
More than this, in each of our areas of operation we run advertorials detailing our service, in which there’s also room for a commentary on yours. We see this as a partnership, in which each of us has different skills, contacts and abilities to bring to bear in solving a real problem.
Third, we leaflet areas where we know people may be in difficulty, and again, always and only with your permission, we can publicise you on this material. None of this will cost you a penny. However much we’d like to, though, we can’t help everybody who calls us. Working closely with us will enable us to refer cases we can’t help, to you. To make sure that whatever their circumstances, whether we can help them or not, our clients are given the best service possible.
And of course, there will also be cases that work the other way, in which people have come to you first. When you think it may be relevant, you’ll be able to refer them to us for a second opinion and if possible, for action.
To discuss this, please call the Helpline on FREEPHONE 0800 634 8675. You’ll hear at first hand how we handle enquiries, and we’ll get back to you quickly to initiate a conversation. Or email us from the contact page. Here are some useful contacts that will be able to help you.
