Everyone’s different, and our first aim is to help you to understand the options open to you and to choose the one that’s right for your personal circumstances. To enable this you’ll be introduced to your personal adviser.
When you’ve decided what you’d like to do, your Adviser can help you put your plan into action. We aim to be transparent in all our dealings so you will always know who you are dealing with. Your first call will be to our dedicated call centre, who will ask you a few simple questions to help us assess your case.
Our commitment to personal service means that from this point on, once we’ve established your ability to benefit from the service, your Adviser will stay with you. He or she will help you throughout.
